Another target group of the initiative MentalEmpowerment are psychotherapists and psychiatrists. The initiative is currently examining how far psychiatric and psychotherapeutic training and education concepts should take into account the issue of “Mental Health in High-Performance Sport”. With regard to this target group, the steering group of MentalEmpowerment is also developing recommendations for education institutions.
